Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Cancellation Window:
    • If you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled rental, you may be eligible for a full refund (minus any applicable processing fees).
    • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled rental may be subject to a partial refund or no refund, at MGS’s sole discretion.
  2. Weather Considerations:
    • Outdoor events impacted by adverse weather can often be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to availability.
    • If a reschedule is not possible, refunds may be issued at MGS’s sole discretion.
  3. No-Show:
    • If you fail to be present at the agreed-upon delivery location and time without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
  4. Early Termination of Rental:
    • If you choose to end your rental period early, refunds will not generally be provided for unused time.

Equipment Malfunction

  1. Equipment Issues: If the simulator equipment malfunctions due to no fault of your own, MGS will make all reasonable efforts to repair or replace it promptly.
  2. Refunds for Malfunction: In the event that the malfunction cannot be resolved, a pro-rated refund may be provided based on the rental time remaining.

How Refunds are Issued

Refunds are typically processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.
