Damage and Liability Waiver
- Damage Waiver: Depending on the nature of the rental, MGS may require a damage deposit or a signed liability waiver before installation of the golf simulator. Failure to agree to these terms may result in cancellation of your rental.
- Liability: You assume full responsibility for the safety and security of the equipment during the rental period. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to you.
Insurance
- If requested, we can provide proof of general liability insurance. If you are hosting an event, ensure you have the necessary insurance coverage for your venue.
Force Majeure
MGS shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of any part of these policies caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, power outages, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
